Chipping Plant

Our chipping plant runs 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Pulpwood and excess trimmings are processed and sold as chips to the pulp and paper industry. It’s not recycling; it’s upcycling to a high quality value-added product. Chipping residue is also used as fuel to generate clean electricity at our co-generation plant. Nothing goes to waste at Taylor Lumber.
